KEY PEOPLE
Sam Montsi: Chairman
Sam trained in development economics and is also the Executive Chairman of
Montsi Investments. He was formerly General Manager of the South African
Breweries (Beer Division) with responsibilities for the Western Cape and
Namibia. Before joining the Breweries Sam had a Lesotho based project and
business facilitation business which operated in SADC. He was for a time
Managing Director of the Lesotho National Development Corporation. Sam also
chaired Thebe Investments in its formative years.
Montsi Investments
launched in 1990 has evolved from a consulting firm facilitating
business
between black entrepreneurs and mainstream businesses into an investment
company with diverse business interests. Sam sits on the boards of the
Independent Newspapers (South Africa); Sasol Limited; and all companies in
which Montsi Investments has an interest.
Sean Joffe: C.E.O.
