and faxed back to 021 423 3663 , along with a copy of your ID,proof of payment and proof of physical address. We will send the completed agreement back to you with your terminal:

1. Please complete the top section on first page of the Vendor
agreement in full.

2. Delete paragraph 11 if you do not want insurance.  Please initial
next to the paragraph.

3. Initial the bottom, right hand corner of page 1 and 2.

4. Please date and sign page 3 of the agreement.

5. Initial bottom right hand pages of electricity areas.

6. Sign and complete Insurance agreement if you would like insurance.

7. Fax all documents along with a copy of your ID to (021) 423 3663.

8. Deposit R3750.00 for the Creon or R 1699.00 for the Timpa (plus postage fee if needed) into
our bank account using your name and surname as a reference.

Banking Details:

Only cash and eft deposits are accepted.
If a cheque deposit is made, you will have to wait until it has cleared in our account
(7-10 working days).
